Grade Seven Language Arts: How will you teach us about your book? Visuals you may include could be:
A poster, a puppet show, a Voki, slide show, clay representation, a model with Lego etc, acting as if you were the character and the list goes on! :)
Your rubric gives you the specific information you need to include.
You must include:
1. A creative beginning and a quote from the text.
2. Discuss the plot, setting, characters and the theme.
3. Have enthusiasm, eye contact and good volume too.
4. Visual aid: you get to choose this part! I cannot wait to see what you will create to enhance your presentation! :)
Good luck and if you have any questions please see me.

Grade Seven Language Arts Update Up to May 10th
Excellent effort on your essays! I have been truly impressed by the quality of the work submitted. Your homework tonight is merely to read for a minimum of 20 minutes. Keep in mind that you always have the freedom to choose what you read at home. Also, think about your "Zine"...do you have a topic yet? Be ready because we will get right to work on Wednesday. Were you sick today and you are wondering what a Zine is? I am sure you can find several student examples online or check in with one of your helpful classmates! :)
Have a great night!
