Grade 7 LA: Plagiarism unit, please see the link on our school web page if you would like to review our policy. It has not been an issue thus far, but it certainly is important information. How to write a formal paper is also covered from title page, outlines etc.
Grade 8 French: Completing our final presentations for Entrepreneurs en Herbe
Grade 7 French: Test on the verb être coming up as well as core vocabulary when asking questions. Students should review their notes as we have our quiz on Wednesday, February 2nd.

Wednesday, January 19th

Grade 7 Language Arts: Today we began an activity designed to improve inferencing and the inclusion of "voice" within our writing. Students also began to create skits based on three characters introduced within our read aloud selection. Great enthusiasm and creativity thus far!!!! :)

Grade 7 French 7B new vocabulary introduced yesterday. 7G seeing it for the first time today.

Grade 7 LA: Oak Island Money Pit assignments * Choose one of the questions provided. Most have finished but just a reminder for those that were ill.
Grade 7 French: Presentations were so impressive day one! Thank you! Tomorrow we will finish this and begin Le cas mystérieux de monsieur Leblanc. Workbooks provided.
Grade 8 French: Entrepreneurs en herbe is our new theme. Workbooks provided and today we examined new verbs on Page 24 of the magazine as well as: decor, menu,promotion and the secret recipe section.
